Course Description:
This is it!

Time to get out in the field and start the process of becoming a PUA. This is a simple, 5-step course that gets you out where the girls are and interacting with them. You only have to do each Mission once, and you do them on your own time.

Don't waste any more time! PU isn't hard but you have to put in the effort...

REMEMBER: *You* decide what counts for you. This Course is what you make of it. Don't check things off you did before; start over here with Mission #1.

5 Missions 5 Interactions

Find the Girls x 1

Mission description:
Go where the girls are.

If you are a day-game type, go to a mall or coffee shop, etc.
If you are a club type, go to a club.

Just get out and go where the girls are. If you often sit around by yourself when you want to be going out, this is the Mission in which you break that habit.

You don't have to talk to anyone or do anything, just go be there for a while and get used to it.

Win an EC Game x 1

Mission description:
Get eye contact with a girl, and hold it longer than she does.

In a place where girls are in your area, start looking at people in the eye. Confident guys look at EVERYone in the eye. Your mission is to look at a cute girl in the eye, get her to look back, and hold her gaze until she looks away.

The situation you do this in is up to you.

EC and Smile x 1

Mission description:
Get eye contact with a girl, smile at her, and get her to smile back. Simple!

Sometimes girls won't smile; it's just that nobody ever has the balls to do that and they're surprised. If she just stares at you, she's impressed but is too surprised to react. If she looks away, cool! She's shy and you have asserted yourself. If she smiles back, great! On to the next Mission.

"Hi" Opener x 1

Mission description:
Now that you are smiling at girls, talk to one of them. Say "Hi".

What you say after this is up to you. You can even eject immediately. Or you can give your name, or ask her directions or something, or anything else. Your only requirement is to say "Hi". Try to remember to smile when you do it.

Conversation x 1

Mission description:
Have a conversation with a girl that lasts a few minutes.

How many minutes is up to you, but make sure you only count it if it feels like real progress for you. As in the last Mission, the content of your conversation isn't too important. It can be fluff, or anything that pops in your head.

Once you finish this course, you are ready to move on to another, more advanced course. Have fun!
