Course Description:
I decided to get over my approach anxiety for good. im creating this course for me but feel free to join me or adapt this to your need.

My goal for now is to be able to talk to woever i want to whenever i want to without caring too much about the outcome. I will approach everywhere outside the bar/nightclub game since I prefer daygame.I plan to get out of the huse interacting at lest 5 day a week.

Im not going to focus on approaching as many set as I can. instead I will focus on each one , one by one to get the most out of those interaction.

10 Missions 90 Interactions

Small talk x 10

Mission description:
Whenever I find myself in a line while Shopping I will chat with the cashier or the other people in my surounding.

Field Observation x 20

Mission description:
Im going to write down whatever I find sexy about a girl in the field here. It doesn't matter yet if i talked to her or not. this is to get used to find small detail about girl quickly , everything that catch my eye.

Saying Hi x 10

Mission description:
Walk to a girl and start a conversation using something along the line of : Hi , im meeting new people today. I can open with something situationnal if I want before but no opinion opener.

Saying Hi (2) x 5

Mission description:
This is basically the same thing exept im using the vacum right from the start. I will give them my name , offer my hand for a handshake and then vacum. I'll go with that.

Field Observation(2) x 5

Mission description:
The same thing as part one. This time however Im going to Open with my observation and tell her what I find attractive about her look. After that I will either keep talking or run away.

Direct Approach x 5

Mission description:
This one is simple:
- I'd kick myself all day if I didn't talk to you
- I find you very attractive , I had to meet you

Statement of Intent x 5

Mission description:
I tend to wait too long before showing my intention , so I will open normally and SOI as soon as possible on something other than her look. under a minute would be fine.

Mission description:
Once I completed everything above , I will approach at least 30 set in 30 day with a minimum of one set a day. I want to go as far as i can in every interraction here. I should be better by the end of those 30 day when it will be over.
