Course Description: To help guys who are just starting in PU, or guys who have had some success but would like more practice, or to go to a new level in their interactions. It starts with eye contact practice, and by the end you'll be isolating girls alone in your lay venue. This course is approach-heavy. Repetition is the only way to get used to approaching!

Smiles 0/10 Mission description: Get a girl to smile at you, by looking and/or smiling at her first. Notes: Only girls who are alone count. Shop girls and those who have to smile at all customers don't count. Practice eye contact and getting the attention of a specific girl. Talking isn't against the rules, but the idea is to do this without talking. Interaction details: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10.

Neutral Openers 0/10 Mission description: Talk to a girl using "Hi" or any other mundane, simple opener. Nothing fancy from the community yet, just a friendly beginning to a conversation. (A boring, AFC opener is fine here.) Notes: Multi-girl sets (2 or more) count, but only as one. Shop girls and those who have to talk to customers don't count. After saying "hello" or whatever, you can do anything: eject, futher conversation, whatever. The point is to build on the "Smiles" mission by talking to the girls you see, even if it's only for 2 seconds.

Situational Openers 0/10 Mission description: Talk to a girl by commenting on/asking about something from your surroundings. This can be asking for directions, pointing out something cool or interesting, asking for an opinion, etc. Notes: Multi-girl sets (2 or more) count, but only as one. Shop girls and those who have to talk to customers don't count. Don't use her or her appearance (clothes, etc). Anyone else's appearance is fine, as long as that person isn't with the girl you're talking to (and preferrably is out of earshot). Note about opinion openers: You can ask her opinion about anything: something you can refer to in your environment, or something you want a "female opinion" on (for example, some male/female relationship issue "your friend" is having). The idea is that you were just thinking about something, wanted an outside opinion, and she happened to be handy at that moment.

Compliment Openers 0/10 Mission description: Talk to a girl by complimenting something about her: her looks, fashion, etc. Notes: Multi-girl sets (2 or more) count, but only as one. Shop girls and those who have to talk to customers don't count. Although multi-girl sets count, this is probably best done on girls who are alone.

Direct Openers 0/10 Mission description: Talk to a girl without hiding your interest in her. Why did you approach her? Because she's cute and you want to know more about her. Don't use any opening routine or line, or any other "excuse" to approach her. Notes: Multi-girl sets (2 or more) don't count. This is different than the other openers because you are not entertaining her. You can begin with "hi" but during the interaction, don't shy away from the fact that you are curious about her because she is cute. Don't do creepy things, like touch her at weird times. You're sexual, but she hasn't earned anything yet. Just enjoy the interaction, while keeping in mind that sex is the real undercurrent of most male-female relations. You are a man, and your job is talking to women. They want you and get nervous around you. Keep this in mind when completing these interactions.

Name Exchanges 0/10 Mission description: Have a conversation with a girl long enough for you to give your name and get hers in return. Notes: Shop girls don't count. Multi-girl sets (2 or more) don't count. Use any opener that you like.

# or @-closes 0/10 Mission description: Get contact info (either phone number or email/cell phone address) from a girl you approached. Notes: Multi-girl sets (2 or more) count, but only as one, no matter how many girls' info you get from one set. In some areas, phone numbers are more common; in others, cell phone addresses are better. Try to concentrate on whatever you think would be best for you.

Instadates 0/10 Mission description: Approach a girl, open her, and within a few minutes get her to go to a coffee shop or a park bench or somewhere like that you can sit and talk with her for longer. Notes: Multi-girl sets (2 or more) don't count. The idea is that she goes to a new venue with you and spends at least 30-60 minutes talking with you. What you talk about is up to you (routines, fluff, anything); getting her to the new venue for the purpose of continuing your conversation is what this achievement is about.

Isolations 0/10 Mission description: Get a girl to go alone with you to your house or room or wherever sex could happen. Notes: Multi-girl sets (2 or more) don't count. Kissing or sex is not necessary for this Mission. This can be with a girl you met for an earlier Mission, but new girls would be preferrable. Getting a girl to go to your place alone is one of the biggest hurdles to a seduction. For this Mission, it doesn't really matter how long you spend there; getting her to just stop by on your way somewhere else is enough. (In this situation, at least try to stretch the time out a few minutes by showing her something cool in your place or involving her in some brief activity.) Eventually, the idea is that you'll work your way up to having some reason beforehand to go there for a longer time (watching a movie, playing your guitar, etc). If you want, you can only count this type of isolation; it's up to you. This does not have to be a same-day isolation! Day 2's or 3's are fine, whatever it takes. Don't let it drag out much longer than that though.

Kissing / Makeouts 0/10 Mission description: Have a makeout session or some good deep kisses from a girl you picked up. Notes: This can be with a girl you met for an earlier Mission, but new girls would be preferrable. Ideally, this happens once you've isolated her in your sex venue. If you are kissing a girl in public (a bar, etc) you can count it if you want, because your game was solid enough to get that far, but ask yourself if you are really on your way to a lay or if she's just having fun or showing off. Again, you decide what counts for you in this respect.
